Summary: Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assist in the design of software configuration and customization, ensuring that the solutions align with business process designs and application requirements. You will engage in discussions to understand the needs of different stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the project by providing valuable insights and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and related technologies -Build APIs and integrate databases and external services while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability -Work with Java 18+ and Spring Boot for backend development -Develop APIs using RESTful services, GraphQL, and OpenAPI/Swagger -Use databases and ORM technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Hibernate, and JPA -implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions -Apply containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes -Work with cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure -Use monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Splunk -Write and execute tests using JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and WireMock -Handle messaging and system integration using Kafka, REST, and SOAP -implement security and authentication using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
