Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with team members and contributing to key decisions in software configuration and customization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication within the team. - Implement best practices for software configuration management. - Conduct regular reviews and audits of configuration items. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in designing software configuration and customization. - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements. - Hands-on experience in implementing software configuration solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
