Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 3–10 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions to solve business problems.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Translate technical requirements into application modules and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Build and maintain microservices and integrate workflow orchestration tools like Camunda or Temporal.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, timelines, and goals.
• Advocate for agile methodologies and best engineering practices.

• Strong technical expertise in Java, J2EE, or Python, and Spring stack.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures & algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, Docker, and containerization.
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in product engineering/development; exposure to banking or fintech is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Java Certified Developer
• AWS Developer or Solution Architect
