CareOff is a fast-growing caregiving and babysitting platform connecting families with verified care companions across Hyderabad. We combine technology, trust, and training to deliver safe, reliable, and on-demand care services for elders and children.


Job Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Executive with 3 years of proven experience and excellent communication skills to drive B2B and B2C software sales for the CareOff platform. The role involves lead generation, client onboarding, demos, negotiations, and closing deals while building long-term relationships with customers and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development


  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for CareOff’s software and platform services
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for clients (online & in-person)
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Client Engagement


  • Build strong relationships with customers, institutions, and partners
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CareOff solutions
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and contract discussions professionally
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale coordination with internal teams


Market & Product Knowledge


  • Stay updated on CareOff products, pricing, and service offerings
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategy and product positioning


Reporting & Coordination


  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
  • Share daily/weekly sales reports with management
  • Coordinate with operations, onboarding, and support teams for seamless delivery


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in Software / SaaS / IT Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; regional language is a plus)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with field visits, calls, and virtual demos
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience selling mobile apps, platforms, or subscription-based services
  • Exposure to healthcare, caregiving, or service-based platforms is an advantage
  • Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
