Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems. The candidate will be responsible for on-site installation of panels, inverters, wiring, and system commissioning while ensuring safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• 🔹 Installation & Commissioning Install solar PV modules on rooftops or ground-mounted structures
• Mount structures as per layout drawings
• Install and connect inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing systems
• Perform DC and AC wiring as per electrical standards
• Commission solar systems and ensure proper functioning
• 🔹 Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels
• Diagnose and repair system faults (inverters, wiring, connectors)
• Replace defective components when required
• Maintain service records and site reports
• 🔹 Safety & ComplianceFollow electrical and rooftop safety protocols
• Use proper PPE and safety harness during installation
• Ensure work complies with local electrical standards and company guidelines
• 🔹 Documentation Maintain installation checklist and handover documents
• Support net metering documentation process if required

• Required Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and solar systems
• Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLD) and layout drawings
• Knowledge of AC/DC connections
• Familiarity with solar inverters and mounting structures
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Educational Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Wireman) / Diploma in Electrical
