Solar EPC Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Solar EPC Sales Executive to drive rooftop solar (residential & commercial) projects in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for generating leads, visiting sites, explaining solar benefits, preparing proposals, and closing contracts for our EPC business.

• Generate leads through referrals, local networks, door‑to‑door, phone, and WhatsApp in Hyderabad.​
• Conduct site visits, assess customer load, explain solar economics, payback, and subsidy options.
• Coordinate with our design team to prepare basic system sizes and technical proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, close EPC contracts, and ensure timely project execution.
• Track projects (booking → approval → installation → billing) and maintain CRM / lead records.
• Required profile12th pass or graduate; age 22–35 years.​
• 1–3 years of sales experience (solar, electrical, building materials, telecom, insurance, etc.).
• Basic understanding of kilowatts, electricity bills, and concepts like net‑metering (training provided).
• Own vehicle / 2‑wheeler preferred; good communication skills in Telugu + English / Hindi.​
