Job summary

As a Solutions Analyst III at JP Morgan Chase within Corporate technology, you play a key role in connecting business, operations, and technology teams. Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions using data analytics and technical knowledge
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, and governance processes
• Coordinate with diverse teams to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of business strategies
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios for development teams, and review UAT defects or production incidents
• Assist in documenting operational procedures and provide training to operations teams on new functionalities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support decision-making
• Strong technical writing skills with experience translating complex information for diverse audiences
• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in banking domain
• Experience in rules analysis (e.g., IBM ODM, Drools, Blaze)
• Strong data analysis skills
