Summary:
An experienced BluePrism RPA with strong hands-on expertise in BluePrism RPA, test automation, and next-generation automation technologies. The role requires end-to-end ownership of automation strategy, solution design, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring scalable and high-value automation outcomes for the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the Intelligent Automation strategy, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, and validate automation opportunities across business functions.
- Lead the complete automation lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, hyper care, and optimization.
- Deliver automation solutions using Blue Prism, Tricentis TOSCA, VBA, Python, and supporting scripts.
- Establish and enforce automation architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best-practice delivery frameworks.
- Govern intake, prioritization, release management, compliance, and risk areas across automation initiatives.
- Track and present KPIs, SLAs, stability metrics, and automation value to leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison to senior stakeholders, presenting strategy, delivery outcomes, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead and mentor distributed automation teams, reviewing design and code quality while enabling reusable assets and accelerators.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 6-8 years of IT experience with strong focus on BluePrism RPA.
- Deep expertise in Blue Prism and VBA, with strong experience in TOSCA and Python.
- Experience integrating GenAI and GPT-based automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global delivery models (onshore/offshore).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad or Bangalore office
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow automation and integrations.
- Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, and contracts
- Background in digital transformation or managed services.
- Contribution to accelerators, reusable components, or thought leadership.
- Certified Blue Prism Developer ( AD01/APD01)
- Certifies in TOSCA Tricentis ( AS1/AS2/TSD1)
