Sous Chef

We are hiring – Sous Chef (Continental Cuisine)

10 Downing Street Pub & Nightclub is looking for a skilled and driven Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead and elevate our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

• Oversee preparation and execution of continental dishes with consistency and quality

• Manage kitchen staff, training, and shift supervision

• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance at all times

• Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and maintain cost control

• Contribute to menu development and innovation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Continental cuisine

• Prior experience as Sous Chef or strong Jr. Sous / CDP ready to step up

• Leadership mindset with team management skills

• Ability to perform in a high-energy pub & nightlife environment

• Attention to detail, plating, and quality control
