Sundae Club is an upcoming FMCG ice cream brand reimagining what packaged ice cream can be. From bold formats to unexpected flavours, we’re building something exciting — and we’re looking for a creative, skilled, and entrepreneurial chef to lead the charge in our central kitchen.

Who we’re looking for:

A pastry chef with:

• A diploma in pastry arts or degree in hotel management

• 5+ years of experience in pastry kitchens, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong flavour development skills and a passion for creating new formats

• Confidence in managing kitchen ops, leading teams, and scaling production

• An agile mindset — ready to hustle, problem-solve, and build from scratch

• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Hyderabad

• Experience with ice cream is a plus — but not a must
