Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to provide structured educational and developmental support to children with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs and design Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver individualized and small-group instructional sessions
- Support development of academic, pre-academic, and functional skills
- Maintain accurate progress records and reports
- Collaborate with therapists and guide parents on home strategies
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education MR/Hl/any (RCI recognized preferred)
- Pediatric experience preferred (Freshers with relevant training may apply)

- Strong communication and documentation skills
