Specialist: IT Service, Support and Operations

The role involves managing and overseeing core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies, while ensuring efficient IT service delivery through strong ITSM and ITIL practices across Incident, Request, and Change Management. It requires deep expertise in Windows domain administration and cloud technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, antivirus systems, virtual machines, and Azure. A strong understanding of network concepts, protocols, and hands-on experience with switches, routers, SD-WAN, and firewalls like Checkpoint or Palo Alto is essential. The responsibilities also include diagnosing and resolving IT issues, managing and executing IT projects, and maintaining a customer-centric approach to deliver high service satisfaction. The position demands effective resource planning, clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and leadership capabilities to mentor and motivate IT teams. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with regulatory standards through audits, manages vendor relationships, analyzes data for informed decision-making, and oversees the complete lifecycle of IT assets.
