Role description
As a Sprinklr Support Team Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients using the Sprinklr platform Youll troubleshoot issues resolve customer inquiries and ensure optimal performance of the Sprinklr social media management suite
Experience 8 -12 years
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries through various channels email chat phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the Sprinklr platform and provide timely resolutions
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common problems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Conduct platform health checks and identify potential problems before they impact customers
- Provide guidance on best practices for platform utilization
- Stay updated on new Sprinklr features and functionalities
- Assist with user onboarding and training when required
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role
- Experience with social media management tools preferably Sprinklr
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
- Customeroriented mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social media management platforms
- Knowledge of API integrations and basic understanding of JSON
- Experience in SaaS customer support
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Certification in customer service or support methodologies
