Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to lead our beverage operations, maintain high coffee quality standards, and support junior baristas. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to manage daily café operations efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages as per brand standards
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages
• Supervise and train junior baristas and new joiners
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station at all times
• Manage daily opening and closing duties of the barista counter
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and consumables
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure equipment maintenance (espresso machine, grinder, brewer, etc.)
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs strictly
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Barista (1+ year as Sr. Barista preferred)
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and brewing methods
• Experience in handling commercial coffee machines
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Team leadership and training capability
• Basic understanding of inventory management
