Job Title: Fiserv Application Support Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, Noida

Experience: 3-5 years in the IT industry

Education: B.Tech or equivalent degree

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support for banking applications – Nautilus, Aperio, DocPlus, Communicator
• Monitoring application alerts and workflows.
• Application update developments
• Fix for application Vulnerabilities.
•  DR activities for application
• Service account management
• Maintain SSL certificates

 

Required Skills:

• Windows IIS Administration
• Windows Server Administration
• Windows based applications support,
• .net based Application support
• Understanding of Service Now
• Understanding of banking domain
• Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors.
• Basic understanding of SQL Database

 

Working Hours/Shift

24/7 Production support. Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
