Design and Architecture: Create architectural blueprints for enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.

Support Pre-Sales: Develop Innovative Technology solutions & New Accelerators to strongly position Birlasoft on large scale bids

Capability Owner: Working together with our Partners / Identify new Market partners to supplement Birlasoft capabilities and to gain a notable position within Industry

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Documentation: Develop architectural documentation to guide development teams.

Best Practices: Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment procedures.

Evaluation: Recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance product quality and performance.

Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

 

Skills Required:

 

Architecting: Full Stack Architect with support to Mobility frontends

Consulting: Work with Client CXOs to create Enterprise standard Architecture & Roadmap to solve their business problems

Java Proficiency: Extensive experience with Java and its ecosystems.

Frameworks: Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.

Design Patterns: Understanding of various design and architectural patterns.

Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.

Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience on development of Cloud Native Apps with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

DevOps: Strong expertise of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
