Sr Lead Business Analyst

Area(s) of responsibility

• CMDB Data Management:
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CMDB, including enterprise software applications (What OS, when to sunset etc.,)
• Ensure that CIs are created, updated, and deleted using approved processes and procedures.
• ITIL Process Support:
• Work with other IT teams to ensure that CMDB data is used effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to other IT staff on CMDB usage and best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that CMDB data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate CMDB data and insights to stakeholders (Data Analytics)
• Tools and Technologies:
• Proficient in using CMDB tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Familiar with discovery tools and techniques.
• Experience with asset management tools.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Participate in CMDB improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain CMDB documentation.
• Assist with CMDB audits.
