Job Description Summary

The associate in this position will be part of International BPA Hyderabad team managing Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) end-to-end BPA responsibilities & executing transformation projects across International markets.


Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of key BPA processes across international markets and ensure alignment with organisational standards.
  • Drive process optimisation and standardisation initiatives across markets, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Lead transition efforts for countries adopting new BPA frameworks, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement standardised month-end closing processes for international markets to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee BPA process governance and compliance, ensuring ethical and safe business practices across all interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Prioritise deliverables while enabling standardisation, automation, and innovative solutions across multiple markets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 6–8 years of experience in business performance analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance within MNCs or leading organisations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage priorities, and deliver on complex projects with strong business acumen.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI and exposure to BI systems; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are highly desirable.
  • Commercial and global experience, preferably with exposure to remote office setups (CoEs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to support ad-hoc requests such as data research, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Familiarity with finance IT systems, architecture, and data flows will be an added advantage.
