Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant, GDO EDS Factory OT T2 

In this role, you will lead the strategic development and management of our Global Digital Operations Factory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement strategies for the Global Digital Operations Factory to optimize processes and drive digital transformation. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our operations competitive. 

• Provide leadership and guidance to the digital operations team. 

• Optimize digital tools and platforms to improve user experience and productivity. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Master’s degree in a relevant field. 

• Knowledge of digital operations platforms and tools. 

• Understanding of global market dynamics and regulatory requirements. 

• Proven track record of developing successful digital transformation strategies.
