Should have had a minimum of 20 years of IT industry experience in consulting, services delivery, project management.At least 10 years of experience in a consulting organization as Program/Project Manager for SAP Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade/Conversion engagementCandidates should have well-developed people management and mentoring skills.Experience in managing large project is a mustExperience of business development or pre-sales support will be an added advantage
