SS Fabrication Manager

We are seeking an experienced SS (Stainless Steel) Fabrication Floor Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills in SS piping, TIG welding, orbital welding, process piping, and hands-on experience with factory operations. This person will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety, and workflow efficiency are met.

Key Responsibilities✅ Supervise and manage the fabrication floor team

✅ Plan, organize, and control fabrication activities to meet production goals

✅ Monitor work progress and ensure timely delivery of jobs

✅ Ensure quality compliance for SS piping and welding works

✅ Coordinate with engineering, planning, and procurement teams

✅ Resolve technical and operational issues on the shop floor

✅ Maintain safety standards and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

✅ Train and mentor production staff

✅ Track daily productivity and report to senior management
