Role Overview We are hiring dedicated and experienced Staff Nurses for our inpatient ward to deliver high-quality bedside nursing care. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, compassionate, and committed to patient safety with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on ward experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and bedside nursing in the inpatient ward as per care plans and doctor's orders
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake/output, and clinical observations regularly
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and prescribed treatments accurately and safely
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions
• Perform wound dressing, catheterization, NGT insertion, and other clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation, patient charts, and shift handover notes
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital hygiene standards
• Respond promptly to patient needs, call bells, and emergency situations
• Educate patients and their attendants on diagnosis, medications, and post-discharge care
• Coordinate with ward in-charge, doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments for continuity of care
• Participate in ward audits, staff meetings, and training programs as required

Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
• Registered with the Telangana State Nursing Council (TSNC) — mandatory
• Valid nursing registration certificate required at time of joining

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital ward setting
• Experience in multispecialty or corporate hospitals preferred

Skills Required

• Sound clinical knowledge and hands-on bedside nursing skills
• Familiarity with IV therapy, medication administration, and patient monitoring
• Good communication skills in Telugu and/or English
• Team player with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to handle ward pressure and rotating shifts

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ward environment requiring standing for extended periods
