Analyze root causes of recurring issues and drive long-term solutions or workarounds
Collaborate with passionate engineers, security experts and support teams to prioritize and implement fixes, patches and service packs

Participate in on-call rotations as necessary for critical customer issues
To qualify for this position, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent field) with 12+ years software development experience
Strong software development experience in building enterprise security products with deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management

Experience in working with Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems
CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, Gradle
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional global teams
Ability to contribute to all stages of Secure SDLC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with global teams and customers
