Role Overview:

Frontline staff responsible for customer interaction, basic service, cleanliness, and supporting smooth operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

1) Greet customers and guide them through ordering (especially first-timers).

2) Assist at the counter during rush (explaining menu, managing flow).

3) Serve orders (if required) and ensure tables are cleared quickly.

4) Maintain cleanliness of dining area, trays, and service zones.

5) Help with tray return / waste station management.

6) Refill water, napkins, and other essentials.

7) Coordinate with kitchen/service team for order readiness.

What You’re Looking For

1) Friendly, approachable, and quick on feet

2) Basic communication (English + local language)

3) Ability to handle rush hours calmly

4) Cleanliness and hygiene awareness
