As a Steward/Waiter, you are the face of the guest experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding table service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and supporting a smooth front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, attentive, and timely service to all guests.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve dishes with proper sequence and etiquette.
• Possess detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with selections or dietary inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tables, chairs, and dining area.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest queries or complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining service stations as per standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong communication skills
• Prior training in customer service, food hygiene, and safety is preferred.
• A team player with a friendly and courteous approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, available for shift-based work including weekends and holidays.
