Store Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations smoothly.
• Manage inventory, stock display, billing and customer flow.
• Ensure store cleanliness, product arrangement and visual merchandising.
• Train, supervise and support sales staff.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain stock records.
• Prepare basic reports (sales, stock movement, fast/slow-moving items).
• Manage opening & closing procedures.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and help them choose products.
• Explain toys, books, games and gift options to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
• Assist with billing and packaging of products.
• Maintain product displays and restock shelves.
• Ensure a positive and friendly shopping environment.
