Store Incharge

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Stores Incharge with a mechanical background to manage inventory and store operations for precision engineering parts.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory control, material handling, and SAP Business One (SAP B1) within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

• Handle complete store operations and inventory management
• Maintain stock of raw materials, consumables, and finished precision parts
• Ensure accurate stock records, inward/outward entries, and material tracking

Material Handling & Coordination

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production
• Monitor material movement and avoid shortages or overstocking

System & Documentation (SAP B1)

• Maintain and update records in SAP Business One (Highly preferred)
• Generate reports for stock status, consumption, and reorder levels
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes

Quality & Control

• Verify materials received as per specifications
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organization
• Reduce material loss, damage, or mismanagement

Planning & Reporting

• Track inventory levels and plan reorder requirements
• Prepare regular reports for management review

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience as Stores Incharge in manufacturing
• Experience in handling precision engineering parts (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP B1 (Highly preferred)
• Good understanding of store processes, inventory systems, and material flow

Location Preference

Candidates residing near Kukatpally, Balanagar, Gandhinagar, Jeedimetla, Moosapet, or nearby areas will be strongly preferred.
