Team Gladiators Co. is a growing retail and distribution company focused on promoting natural health and wellness products across India. We operate through a combination of retail outlets, tele-sales, and digital marketing to reach a wide customer base. 

We collaborate with Wellwith, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand offering premium sea buckthorn-based wellness products sourced from the Himalayan region. Our team focuses on customer experience, product education, and consistent sales growth. 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, handle walk-in customers, and support sales activities at our Wellwith Seabuckthorn Store in Kothapet. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle walk-in customers, explain products, and convert inquiries into sales 
• Maintain cleanliness, display, and overall presentation of the store 
• Manage billing, daily sales records, and basic cash handling 
• Maintain stock levels, track inventory, and inform management about stock requirements 
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions 
• Support tele-calling or follow-ups during low walk-in hours 
• Ensure smooth store operations and achieve daily/monthly sales targets 

Minimum Requirements 

• Must be 12th Pass 
• Minimum 12 months experience, preferably in retail/store handling/Customer interaction 
• Basic communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English 
• Good customer handling and sales skills 
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined 

Work Details 

• Location: Kothapet, Hyderabad 
• Work Mode: Work from Store (Offline) 
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 7 hours per day Shift 1 - ( 10 : 00 AM - 2: 00 PM) (or) Shift 2- (2: 00 PM – 10 :00 PM) 

Compensation 

• Salary : ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) 
• Sunday Working : ₹500 extra per day (if worked)
