Job Description:Texo Prefab World is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage the entire inventory operations of our prefab manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in material handling, stock control, inward–outward documentation, and coordination with production and accounts teams.

This role requires someone who can maintain accurate stock records, prevent material shortages, and ensure smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock ControlManage complete inventory of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
• Maintain daily inward and outward stock records with accurate documentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation with system records.
• Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase requirements to avoid shortages.
• Maintain batch-wise, item-wise, and project-wise material tracking.
• Material Handling & Store OperationsOversee storage, stacking, labeling, and safe handling of all materials.
• Issue materials to production as per daily production plans and maintain registers.
• Ensure quick and organized dispatch readiness for all outgoing products.
• Inspect material quality during receipt and report discrepancies immediately.
• Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with factory supervisor, production manager, and accounts team for material planning.
• Share daily stock updates, shortages, inward/outward reports with management.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to manage loading, unloading, and delivery requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting Record and update:
• Goods Received Notes (GRN)
• Material Issue Slips
• Stock Registers
• Damage/Return forms
• Maintain digital and physical records of all inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years experience in store/inventory management (prefab, construction, or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and store processes.
• Ability to manage stock independently with accuracy and accountability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, stock entry software).
• Physically fit to manage and supervise store operations.
