Store Incharge

We are looking for an energetic and responsible person to manage our Seabuckthorn store. The role includes handling walk-in customers, calling leads, and converting sales.

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Store HandlingWelcome and attend walk-in customers
• Explain Seabuckthorn products in simple language
• Suggest suitable products based on customer needs
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Handle billing and daily sales record

 Lead Calling & Sales

• Call customer leads provided by the company
• Follow up with interested customers
• Convert calls into store visits or direct sales
• Maintain proper customer follow-up list

Basic Support Work

• Respond to WhatsApp customer inquiries
• Take small customer feedback videos if required
• Support promotional activities when needed

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic English understanding
• Confident and positive attitude
• Willingness to achieve sales targets
• Basic knowledge of health products is a plus
