Store Manager

Stuff Mama is a food-focused brand delivering fresh, high-quality snacks, grills, and meals through both in-store and partner operations. We focus on taste, hygiene, speed, and consistency across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
• Open and close the store as per schedule
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle customer concerns and ensure good service experience

Kitchen & Food Operations

• Monitor food preparation and portion control
• Reduce food wastage and spoilage
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked items

Stock Management

• Maintain Store Kitchen Stock Register
• Check daily closing stock of kitchen items
• Raise stock requirements to Central Kitchen on time
• Verify stock received from Central Kitchen and record received quantities
• Immediately report shortages, damages, or quality issues

Coordination with Central Kitchen

• Share accurate stock status and requirements
• Use judgment to request stock based on sales trends, weekends, or events
• Ensure timely receipt and acknowledgment of dispatched stock

Staff Management

• Supervise kitchen and service staff
• Assign daily duties and shifts
• Ensure staff follows discipline
• Train new staff on basic operations and hygiene

Cash & Reporting

• Handle daily sales reporting
• Ensure cash and online orders are properly recorded
• Share daily summary with management
