Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our franchise laundry outlet. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth store functioning, maintain quality standards, handle customer orders, and support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations
• Manage daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the store building.
• Ensure machines and equipment are in proper working condition.

Customer Handling

• Greet customers, understand their laundry requirements, and collect garments.
• Tag clothes accurately with correct customer details and service type.
• Handle billing—generate accurate bills and maintain proper records.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.

Order & Delivery Management

• Ensure clothes are processed, packaged, and ready on time.
• Coordinate or personally deliver orders when required.
• Monitor delivery schedules for timely and smooth dispatch.

Business Growth & Marketing

• Promote the laundry store locally through basic advertising (flyers, WhatsApp status, local promotion, etc.).
• Work on bringing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing ones.

Inventory & Stock

• Keep track of detergents, chemicals, covers, tags, and other consumables.
• Inform the owner ahead of time for any stock requirements.

Reporting

• Maintain daily sales, customer entries, and delivery records.
• Give daily/weekly updates to the owner.

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail/store management preferred (not mandatory).

Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash/UPI payments.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to multitask and take responsibility.

Should be honest, punctual, and well-organized.

Must be comfortable with deliveries

Salary: 15,000 to 16000/- (Additional incentives if candidate is bringing more revenue to the store)

Working Hours: 9AM to 8PM
