Store Manager

Job Role:

As Store Supervisor, you will manage store operations, handle customer service, lead a team of around 10, and support daily tasks as needed.

You are not expected to do everything alone. We already have a strong team—including store incharge personnel and other team members—who will fully support operations. Your role is to lead, coordinate, and step in when required.

A company two-wheeler and four-wheeler are provided for store-related travel and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store on time (punctuality is critical)

• Supervise and coordinate with store incharge personnel and other team members

• Manage customer calls, billing, and resolve issues

• Support pickups and deliveries when needed (Mandatory-shared duty)

• Oversee intake, sorting, tagging, and packing of garments

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily functioning

• Take full ownership and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Shift Timing (choose one):

• 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

• 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

4 Weekday Offs per Month | No Weekend Offs

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and hands-on

• Must be comfortable riding a two-wheeler (including with fabrics)

• Experience in store operations or customer service is a plus

• Must be willing to take full responsibility and lead by example
