Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Odeon Mall, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong lingerie retail experience to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and staff performance
• Drive sales targets and ensure high conversion rates
• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer issues
• Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
• Maintain store hygiene, displays, and brand standards
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in lingerie retail
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of billing systems and inventory control

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
• Experience in mall-based retail stores is an advantage
