Store Manager

• Minimum Qualification – Graduate or Post Graduate in Management Preferred.

• Experience of 3 – 8 Years in relevant industry of which, 1 year should be as a  Manager / Assistant Manager (Retail Experience Preferred)

• Candidate must have Sales Experience; should be excited & enthusiastic about Sales

• Candidate having worked for 1-2 years in Customer Service with Retail / Mobile Industry will be Preferred.

• Leadership Skills - must have successfully lead a team of (min.) 3-5 members

• Pleasing Personality with Good Communication Skills

• Team Player

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Result driven professional

• Should possess learning aptitude

• Ability to handle Stress - should be Physically & Mentally Fit.

• Must not have any Personal Problems that will affect Performance & attending duties regularly.

What you'll do

Manager has to lead & Achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.

Smooth Showroom operations on day to day basis.

Maintain Floor Discipline and administration.

Maintain Proper inventory records and execute self-audit.

Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. follow organization Sop.

Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in showroom.

Updating Staff with present Scheme & promotions.

Keep a tap on market competition.

Coordinate with Reporting Manager for Business.
