🎯 Role Summary

Supervise daily outlet operations, manage staff, ensure smooth sales, maintain stock levels, and deliver excellent customer service while following hygiene and quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

💰 Sales & Customer Service

• Handle billing & POS counter
• Achieve daily sales targets
• Upsell products and combo offers
• Ensure fast customer service
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain attractive product display

🏪 Outlet Operations

• Open/close outlet on time
• Ensure fresh products availability
• Coordinate with bakery/kitchen team
• Monitor fast-moving items
• Avoid stock shortages
• Maintain smooth workflow during peak hours

📦 Inventory Control

• Check daily stock
• Maintain FIFO/expiry control
• Track wastage
• Support purchase orders
• Maintain stock records

🧼 Hygiene & Quality

• Follow food safety standards
• Maintain outlet cleanliness
• Ensure proper storage
• Monitor product freshness

📊 Reporting

• Daily sales report
• Cash reconciliation
• Attendance records
• Update manager/owner regularly

🔹 Required Skills

• Retail sales handling
• POS billing
• Team coordination
• Basic inventory management
• Customer handling
• Communication skills
• Basic Excel knowledge

🔹 Qualification

• Any degree/diploma (Hotel Management/Food Production preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in bakery/food retail.
