Store Sales Executive

Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.

Explain product features, materials, pricing, and offers clearly.

Provide styling suggestions / product pairing (cross-sell & upsell).

Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.

Handle billing accurately through POS.

Manage daily cash, UPI, card transactions properly.

Process exchanges, returns, and customer queries politely.

Keep track of inventory, restock shelves, and report low-stock items.

Ensure security of products and prevent shoplifting.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

Collect customer data for CRM and feedback.

Assist in unboxing, tagging, and arranging new stock.

Update customers on new launches and store offers.

Coordinate with backend team for stock availability.

Maintain overall store hygiene and ambiance.
