About the Role

Texo Prefab World is looking for an experienced and reliable Store Supervisor to manage the complete stores and material operations at our Jeedimetla facility. The role requires hands-on experience in inventory control, material management, documentation, and team supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all store operations including material receipt, issue, and storage.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, challans, invoices, and ledgers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure proper inventory control.
• Plan and organize materials for ongoing and upcoming prefab projects.
• Track petty cash, maintain material consumption records, and report variances.
• Oversee store staff/helpers and ensure work discipline.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, and site teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials for delivery as per project requirements.
• Maintain proper systems and documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Assist management in annual budgeting, stock valuation, and MIS reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate (Mechanical / Civil preferred; others with strong experience may apply).
• 2–5 years experience in stores / material management (manufacturing, prefab, or construction industry preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory systems, documentation, and MS Excel.
• Strong skills in record keeping, organization, and team handling.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and ensure timely material availability.
• Basic English with good communication skills in Hindi/Telugu.
