Store Team Member

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and answer their questions clearly and politely.

Sales: Actively promote current offers and products to meet individual and store sales targets.

Cash Handling: Accurately process sales transactions using the POS (billing) system and manage cash, cards, and mobile payments.

Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and organize inventory. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including the sales floor, storage areas, and counter.

Support: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
