Stores & Accountant

Must have prior restaurant experience only (mandatory)

Ability to handle both store and accounts independently

Good knowledge of inventory systems, Excel, and basic accounting

Manage end-to-end store inventory including inward, outward, stock transfer, and daily stock tracking

Maintain accurate stock registers for kitchen, bar, and service items

Perform daily/weekly stock audits and identify variances or wastage

Coordinate with chefs & purchase team for raw material planning and ordering

Handle vendor coordination, purchase entries, and invoice verification

Maintain complete accounts records including purchase, sales, expenses, and petty cash

Perform daily sales reconciliation (POS vs cash/card/UPI)

Manage billing entries, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping

Handle vendor payments and maintain payment schedules

Assist in monthly closing, reports, and profit tracking

Ensure proper cost control by monitoring food cost, wastage, and pilferage

Maintain all documentation & compliance records (invoices, stock reports, etc.)

Generate daily/weekly reports for management (stock, expenses, sales)
