Structural Design Engineer

Job Title: Structural & Product Engineer (Vfab Modular)

Location: Hyderabad (Factory-based / Hybrid)

Role: High-Velocity Engineering for Prefab Innovation

About the Role:

Vfab Modular is scaling a revolution in high-end modular living (NEXUS Series). We are not looking for a "desk engineer." We are looking for a Structural Architect who can bridge the gap between complex 3D designs and high-speed factory fabrication.

Your Mission:

1. Structural Validation: Certify all Vfab NEXUS models (A-Frames, Bunkies, Pods) for Live/Dead loads and wind speeds using STAAD.Pro or similar.

2. Product Innovation: Finalize the engineering of our proprietary GI Pipe Joint System.

3. Manufacturing SOPs: Work directly with the Factory Manager to optimize material usage and eliminate fabrication errors.

4. CAD-to-Reality: Move designs from SketchUp/BIM to production-ready shop drawings within 24 hours.

The Profile We Need:

• Expertise: 3-5 years in Steel Structures / LGSF / Modular Engineering.

• Software Skills: STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

• Mindset: "Terminator" mode. You hit deadlines, you solve bottlenecks, and you don't make excuses.

• Bonus: Experience with Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) or EPS infill systems.
