Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that structures are safe, functional, and in full compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and structural plans to ensure safety, stability, and compliance
• Prepare structural designs and calculations using design software and engineering principles
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and site teams to translate designs into executable plans
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction
• Approve materials, construction methods, and monitor quality control at various project stages
• Review and revise engineering drawings, documentation, and BOQs as needed
• Resolve technical issues and recommend solutions on-site
• Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and construction best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit
• Familiarity with Indian Building Codes (IS Codes), safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Must be comfortable with regular on-site visits and inspections
