Job Description
- :Student Counsellor Responsibilities:Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe.
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable programs and universities.
- Guide students through the application process including course selection, documentation, and deadlines.
- Maintain follow-up communication with students via phone, email, and in-person.
- Stay up-to-date with international education trends and university guidelines.
- Coordinate with university representatives and attend training sessions or webinars.
- Guide students through the complete visa application process including document preparation, visa form filling, and mock interviews.
- Check accuracy of documents and ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
- Liaise with students and parents regarding visa timelines and updates.
- Maintain records of student applications, visa status, and documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with latest immigration and visa regulations for relevant countries.
