📌 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Student Counselor with prior experience as an IT Staff Recruiter. The ideal candidate understands hiring requirements, tech roles, and industry expectations, and can guide students toward the right career path in Data Science and Analytics.

This role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their background, recommending suitable programs, and converting leads into admissions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins regarding Data Science & Analytics programs

Understand student profiles (education, experience, career goals) and suggest suitable courses

Explain career opportunities, salary trends, and hiring requirements in the IT industry

Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups

Maintain CRM and track lead status regularly

Coordinate with trainers and placement team for smooth student onboarding

Achieve monthly admission targets

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years experience as IT Recruiter / IT Staff Recruiter / Academic Counselor

Strong understanding of IT roles

(Data Analyst, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, etc.)

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of

Data Science career paths (preferred)Experience in EdTech or Training Institute is a plus
