Student Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Student Counselors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding students in their higher education journey and are comfortable interacting with students and parents over calls.

As a Student Counselor, you will assist students with course selection, university applications, and the overall admission process. You will also be responsible for tele calling and following up with prospective students to provide information, answer queries, and encourage enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and career options based on their interests and academic background.

Extensive tele calling to connect with potential students, explain program details, and follow up on inquiries. Maintain and update student databases, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.

Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and enrollment process.

Participate in promotional and engagement activities such as seminars, webinars, college presentations, and education fairs.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets while maintaining a positive student experience.
