Job description:

• Interact with students and parents to understand their study abroad goals.

• Assist the senior counsellors in document collection, application support, and visa file preparation.
• Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Maintain records, follow-ups, and timely communication with students.
