Job description

We are seeking a Agile consultant and handle Application Management - 3rd Level Support, Agile Configuration Management Support, Agile Data Extraction Support. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements, develop efficient transformations, and ensure successful implementation of application with high level of customization and integration (training, EIFU, Label Printing and lower integrations to data warehouse..

Role & Responsibilities

 Responsibilities:

3rd Level support include the following:

• Gathering incident details from affected user or 1st (Gore ITAC) and 2nd (Gore Broad Support Team) level support analysts
• Troubleshoot incidents o Work with Oracle Support if needed
• Implementing with resolution and close incident

 Support coverage and day-to-day activities:       

• ~ 6300 users across both environments (MPD 6000 & PSD 300)
• Majority users in US West (Phoenix, Flagstaff), some in US East, and around 20% in the rest of the world o All support expected in English
• Modules heavily used include Quality, Project, (change mgt., quality mgt., project mgt.)

 

Configuration Management support:

• Provide technical expertise & guidance to the business
• Configuration management support
• Customization (Java and Agile SDK APIs, Events, Web Services and other Frameworks)
• Integration Support
• Update and maintain relevant Documentation
• Update and maintain Training, DEV and PROD environments (with source control in Agile PLM)

 

Agile Data Extraction / Support:

• Support extraction of Agile data/files to provide support for several Data Migration teams
• Work with other stakeholders to resolve data/files extraction from Agile PLM using SQL or Advance Searches and other tools as needed.
• Perform data cleaning, preparation, reporting, and data analysis as needed
• Completing ad-hoc projects relating to data investigations, follow-ups on analysis results or other as requests.

Requirements / Good to have

 

• Oracle agile PLM knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
