Job Description
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations and ensure smooth coordination.
- Monitor driver performance, trip quality, compliance, and fleet productivity.
- Handle sourcing of new drivers/partners through various channels.
- Conduct tele-calling, lead follow-ups, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and operations dashboards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for payments, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure onboarding documentation, KYC checks, training, and platform activation.
