Supervisor

We are setting up a playful, safe kids’ playzone offering play, party & event hosting, plus value-packed subscriptions and merchandise.

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage day-to-day customer handling at the play area. You will greet customers, explain our play options, handle party/event enquiries, and actively sell our subscriptions and merchandise while ensuring a great experience for kids and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them on play rules, timings, pricing, and safety guidelines
• Handle walk-in and phone/WhatsApp enquiries for birthday parties & events
• Explain party packages, take bookings, coordinate requirements, and follow up leads
• Promote and sell subscriptions/memberships and merchandise (add-ons, combos, upgrades)
• Manage billing/support at the counter (POS, cash/card/UPI) and maintain basic records
• Coordinate with staff for crowd management, cleanliness, and smooth operations during peak hours
• Handle customer concerns politely and resolve issues quickly; escalate when required
• Ensure basic safety checks and discipline in the play area (as per center rules)
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets for memberships, party bookings, and merchandise
