Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview:

The Stores & Material Manager will be responsible for inventory management, warehousing, stock control, and material distribution for GPAC’s franchise network across healthcare, education, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management & Control

- Maintain stock levels across warehouses and franchise locations

- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods

- Track stock movement and minimize wastage

2. Warehouse Operations

- Manage centralized/regional warehouses

- Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance

- Optimize warehouse layout and safety

3. Material Planning & Distribution

- Coordinate with procurement team

- Ensure timely dispatch to franchise units

- Manage logistics and turnaround time

4. Franchise Support

- Standardize inventory practices

- Support new franchise setups

- Maintain SKU systems

5. Systems & Process Implementation

- Implement ERP systems

- Maintain real-time inventory tracking

- Generate reports and alerts

6. Compliance & Quality Control

- Ensure regulatory compliance

- Conduct audits and maintain records

7. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with operations, procurement, and franchise teams
